Trash barrels It would be nice if Capital Waste stopped leaving my barrels in the middle of the road or in the middle of my driveway. Are they going to pay for the new one I need because it got ran over?

Summer hasn't even started yet and already kids are outside screaming for no reason after 9pm ! What's worse it they are not even in front of their own homes . You ask them to be quiet and the keep on screaming . They are leaving trash in the street and I for one and sick of it already ! There is no reason why 10 year olds should be out after dark screaming and yelling ! Where are your parents ! Some of us have to get up for work in the morning !
