Town meeting voted to spend the money in May. Windrush Farm claims to have raised the portion they needed for their acreage. This looks like a done deal.</p><p>I agree with Steve that the CPA current financial status is very vague. The CPA description of projects on the town website was last updated in 2005. CPA has devolved into more of a slush fund than anything else.
