Town meeting voted to spend the money in May.  Windrush Farm claims to have raised the portion they needed for their acreage.  This looks like a done deal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I agree with Steve that the CPA current financial status is very vague.  The CPA description of projects on the town website was last updated in 2005.  CPA has devolved into more of a slush fund than anything else.  I believe the state has cut its participation rate to 35% but we all pay a 3% surcharge on our property tax bills to fund CPA.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another 'good idea' co-opted by THE MAN!&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">ipso_facto</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 03 Nov 2009 15:27:08 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
