Again Almonte looks the fool. Armano has every right to the recount regardless of the cost.
She would do the same if the votes were 10 in his favor.

The current occupant of that seat is an admitted tax evader. The candidate elect (as of today) has an interesting resume to say the least. Mr Armano would be a breath of fresh air.

"If the recount shows that Sandy Almonte-Rosado is still ahead, I will extend my congratulations to her and will continue to contribute to our community contribute what? you haven't been part of the community. Just ask you family to pay back the city loan they defaulted on. The city has spent enough on your family let along thousands for a recount. You will lose and look like the soreloser you truly are.

I don't know about anyone else, but Sandy Almonte has a colored past, good knowing this person is on the City Council. Fits the likes of people like Grisel Silva.

Who doesn't have a past with skeletons in it. Are you the same person you were 10,20,30 years ago. People like you who throw accusations without merit are called bigots, asses. Why don't you get your lazy ass to the school departemnt and ask around about Sandy. Maybe ask someone other than Armono's family and really look at the Armano's. They borrowed money, a city loan from Lawrence for 40k and haven't repaid it. I'm sure we all have skeletons he is a joke recount !

I guess being a stripper and doing drugs is considered pious where you live. I know I wouldn't want this type of person on any city board. The funny thing is these accusations I make are the truth because there are firsthand facts. Before you start spitting garbage, be careful who you insult because you don't know who knows what. Secondly, I don't care about the Armano's, don't know them, don't want to know them. I just wish we had good, hard-working people who don't have sketchy pasts running for office. Is that so hard to ask for?

I know she was a stripper 15 years ago in New York and I’m sure during that time she had her share of indulges. But because she was a stripper doesn’t disqualify her from doing a good job. Don’t you think the Tribunes know about her stripping past? And have you seen them print anything about it NO. Why because it doesn’t matter what she did back then what counts is what she is doing for herself know. Why don’t you run for office if you’re so dam great! All talk no balls? I’m sure you’re just jealous of her. I have done my homework and I have heard the rumors it isn’t a secret because she is not ashamed of her past. Sometimes you do what you have to feed your kids. And I know strippers that attend Harvard and MIT so they can afford school and become honorable citizens. What have you done for your community other than sit there and gossip look in the mirror sweetie I’m sure your life sucks to.

nospincity before you start bashing the family please get your facts straight, the amount of the loan was $50,000.00 and was paid back in full in the year 2000. If you would like to see a copy please feel free to contact the Community Developement I would think that they would have a copy. We are a hard working family and are a part of the City of Lawrence probably more than you. You are someone that is just running your mouth, and has nothing else to do with their time. We do not put out false info on anyone. So get your facts straight.
